One tender, built in one month. The first time Biddable builds the response documents for a tender in a calendar month, that is one bid. Rebuilding the same tender that month, after you change the brief or the rules, is free. Triage, questions to the documents and reviews are never counted. A very large tender may count as two, by agreement with you beforehand.

Yes. Tell us by email and we move you up or down from the start of the next month. There is nothing to configure on your side.

Nothing stops. A bid that has started always finishes, and triage, questions, reviews and rebuilds of the bids you have already built that month carry on. Once your plan's bids for the month are used, each further new bid is an extra bid at USD 95 plus 5% UAE VAT, paid by card in the web app before it is built. If you often need extra bids, a larger plan may cost less: tell us and we move you from the start of the next month. You are never cut off in the middle of a tender.

No. Your documents and the outputs made from them are used only to do your work. They are never shared with another customer and are not used to train the models behind the product. The Security page says what is in place today.

Yes, and you should. Each client gets a locked space of its own, with that client's criteria, pricing rules, brand and templates. Nothing from one space reaches another. Solo includes one client space; each further space is USD 90 a month.

You bring your own account with an AI provider and pay that provider directly for what your bids use. Biddable charges USD 290 a month per space for the product itself, with no limit on bids. It suits firms that already have an AI account with terms they have approved, or that want the model bill on their own invoice. We help you set it up.

Who is Biddie, and does asking her cost a bid?

Biddie is the assistant in every space, on every plan. She tells you how your bids stand and starts triage, a build or an audit when you ask, and gives you a briefing when you come back. Asking her costs nothing; the work she starts is counted the way the plan counts it, so a build she starts is one bid like any other, and your approval steps still apply.

Better, for the first four new customers: a free pilot until 31 December 2026, by application, because we set every pilot space up ourselves and run your first real bid with you alongside. After that there is no trial; firms that join by 31 May 2027 pay the founding rate instead.

Nothing is charged during the pilot. After it, Solo and Team can pay by card on the application form and start straight away; Stripe takes the payment on its own secure page and we never see your card. Pro and Own Key start with an application and a call, then an invoice or a card link. Prices are in US dollars, monthly or annual (the founding rate is annual), plus 5% UAE VAT. You change your card, download invoices or stop the subscription from your Account page on the web.
